Desperate need of help

I’ve been having this issue for few weeks now when I try to enter ultimate team with wired connection, it doesn’t connect to ea servers most times and if it does it takes so long and I get this message when I go in ultimate team. This only happens with ultimate team. I can go on seasons mode and any other video game without issues. Only having these issues with lan cable and ultimate team because when I try with wifi it logs me in fine but my ping is so bad it isn’t playable. Any suggestions?
